hi all, i put the new firmware on my blue box, started machine back up had 2 install all again(symbol rates) and when it finished scanning it only gave me 1 channel! living! help!!!!!!!!!! i need to get this prob resolved

Try again removing all splitters etc and just have a single pure connection from the wall to your box. Make sure that you are using the RF IN socket.

Menu/Config/Clear Data and delete all channel info (PIN 1004)
Factory Default - select your symbol rate (are you sure you're selecting the right one?)
FULL SCAN

i am inputting symbol rates which i got with my eurovox max(blue box) 2006, is there new symbol rates or am i inputting correct ones?

No the symbol rate is still the same as before

its on scan now , but on channel number its blank while scanning is this right after ive factory default
