Would not think so - get a good quality splitter and good cable rather than cheapest ! Extra £5 invested for many hours happy viewing! We ran my mate's (upstairs opposite end of house) up the corner of wall (hidden)then into floorspace to minimise distance - but was still much more than you!
I'm lucky - when we got cable installed, TV is downstairs but broadband was upstairs so it is their external splitter. Now upstairs, I split broadband cable to Eurovox no2! Downstairs is just cabling behind TV!!!! Last edited by ianidall; 01-05-08 at 01:09 AM. |

(In Sean Connery voice from Trainspotting movie "Should pose no significant problems Moneypenny). If it pixelates - add-in a signal booster. If you already have the extra box, you are spending pennies to try it out with splitter/3m cable. There is no definitive answer until try!
