Nordic down on Diablo 2.3 - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi all It is reported, on another forum, that the Nordic channels have gone down on the new Diablo 2.3 cam. I hope it is just a short outage, but if not then it has been a very expensive experiment for some poor guys, but I really do hope it is nothing more than a small blimp and all is well again very soon. I have to say that it is not looking very good if the cam is going to go down all the time like this and at the cost of it.

glad i didn't buy one with a cas3 earlier last week as i was tempted

think conax are going to fix this hole up quick as i don't think the encryption is as bad as nagravision

I'm surprised it's taking this long for a new underworld file, usually, at the beginning, updates are very quick, as they want to keep the sales going.
The Diablo team, and Duolabs, have been receiving a lot of criticism over the way they've handled this upgrade of cam, and new files, and if they don't release a new file fairly soon I can imagine there being a lot more complaints.

i dont know why they did it the way they have

If they had not proved conax working on 2.2 and come out with 2.3 with conax people would be calling them heroes

If this problem is not fixed soon my guess is the cam is finished from a reputation point of view

people on other forums are saying whats the point of spending £88 on a cam when a dm500 clone is about the same money

Hi all,
Please see Mickha's post about the update, all would appear to be OK again. This does, however, leave a bad taste in the mouth and it would seem that duolabs were too eager to get folks money.

Mackha has reported that the cam now is AU on TPS, so what, it will be gone soon enough, if the AU on TPS was meant to be a sweetener it is not that much of a one, because TPS just don't seem to care any more, it will be different when they go to Astra 1. These are just my thoughts on the cam and in no way represent the views of the forum.
