hello im new to all this ive just bought a eurovox max v i've tried to install but keep getting ' no transponder 'when i have the original box on theres no problem can anybody help please. ive also checked the signal and i'm only getting 8% cheers

hi
scroll down the home page , look in the box cable boxes where you should see a section Eurovox, in there there is a thread called FAO members with the 8% signal problem
have a look in there first if that does not work try having a further look in section

I had the same message at initial setup, did scan on alternate symbol rate and it was fine, this might be the problem give it a go.
