Hi mate,
Welcome to techwatch. I assume there is a typo and you meant DB7000. It may seem a silly question, but how do you know your dish is on Hotbird? Your drea,box is a digital receiver and no use for analogue channels. If your dreambox is new have you flashed it with an image? The dreambox is not a use out of the box receiver and needs a lot of work to get it set up, as you will learn. There are several how tos in the forum and may be of help to you. Please get back to us with the exact model you have, if it is new, if it has been flashed with an image and has it had any settings installed into it. We need all the information you have or can give us, to be bale to assist you. I am going to move your post to the dreambox section, where it will get the attention it needs. Welcome to the forum peterslator. These are the sort of challenges we like. Tell us a bit more about what is happening when you try to get the Dreambox working.
