I've had a FAX from a national satellite wholesaler offering me Freesat boxes - Seems they are doing a U-turn on retailers in true politician style.

Tessie Cohan will have them in within days, I saw the sales rack arrive
a few weeks ago, in the Wrexham Direct store that is.

As the Linc man says, U turn or a change of consultant, perhaps this one
knows what FTA sat really is about, yes the Astra satellite is in the Sky,but this time the real Sky.

Lincs is the margin worth it, presume its 33%.

The margin is around half that, you really need to sell a dish and installation with it to make anything - as soon as one goes faulty, you've lost money on it.

Surprised the margin is so small, but a lot of comp out there, could it also be said if any gear you sell goes faulty, you lose money etc.

Some companies will collect & return faulty boxes, with others, we have to pay to return.

When you think about it - there's never going to be much margin on an item that retails for just over £40 + VAT

Agree with you, thats why a lot of Indies have gone, big boys undercutting,
sound like a fiver on £40, not a lot for the hassle, I was always used to the 33% in other areas(News) and SOR.
