I can also confirm E 4 and More 4 and the +1 are FTA on Sky box but Ch4 remains FTV

The fact that ITV HD will only be available on a Freesat box is not going to do it any favours at all.

Hi Madrat,
I can't see the reasoning for saying that ITV HD only being available on the freesat HD box will damage it, I should have thought that it would have been bad news for Sly, not freesat.

It was reported on the news that Sly has said that there is no need for another satellite service in the UK, but then what would you expect the robbing gits to say.

Very glad to hear that the 4s have gone free to air, more concern for the greed buggers at Sly.

Whats more of a concern for FS at the moment is C4HD will not be joining FS for the time being - its on a different encryption contract to the other channels.

Have just tried it on the dodgybox here and it is all working fine here too, more for Sly to be unhappy about lol.

I cant see people with sky box's getting another box to watch ITV HD, more cables and another remote. I don't think so.

How so, they bee free to air on freeview for years, as if they are going to worry about it free to air on satellite.
