Default Romanian and Turkish channels

Hi AS,

I read some or your posts in the forum and in particoular one about TVR1 and 2 and I would ask you some info if possible, since it really seems you know about the matter.

I'm not into satellites, yet at least, and I need Romanian and in the future, Turkish channels. I asked a technician who said it was necessary to take away the Sky aerial and receiver and replace them with a little bigger aerial (88 cm dish with a 'double' or bigger feed) and a different receiver (the all thing costed me 300 euros ) cause the Romanian channels are from eutelsat w2.
Now everything has been ok for a week, until today I found out that the 2 TVRs where not available anymore (Encrypted). Will they ever come back? Is this going to happen to Tvr international and cultural and to the regional ones as well? Some sites you suggest say TVR is FTA but 'scrambled at times'. Other sites say that to get them a card for a package offered by channels from the OVEST (Thor satellite) is needed. Did I really need to change the equipment? The receiver I have now (2300 FTA MS) does not even have a card slot, plus I have two 80 cm parabolic dishes barely used in the garage, and feel sorry for the waste .

A little piece of advice would be very appreciated.

thanks,
bye

In particular, I'd like to know if it is likely that TVR internacional and cultural will be encrypted too. What is the normal trend, if there is any? Do these channels go off air and on air intermittently?

What is exactly a viaccess (2.3, 2.5, 2.6) and will I be able to use one with my receiver (Digital Sat Receiver ALLCAM FTA 2300FTA emme esse - this is the Ebay link http://cgi.ebay.it/Decoder-Digitale-...cmdZViewItem)?

Thank u guys!
