It always works for me in telewest area, but I use the cm-20480-768 config now so as not to stand out

I do get full speed all of the time 20mb down 1mb up

I would just like to say that the config file has been changed by virgin and now has traffic management, however its not a strict as other configs.

i have forced this config and got 20 meg down and 1MEG up

If u keep switching between configs, to reset the traffic management, will vm get suspicious? is this wise to do it ?

Make sure ur directly connected 2 the modem, no routers, etc..
Go to Control Panel/Network Connections/right-click on Local Connection Area+then click Status..in the box that comes up click the support tab+then the details tab..in the list that appears, beside the DHCP Server tab will b an IP address..thats ur TFTP Ip addy..

hi to all .. i have just killed my dreambox dc 500 had it for a while and a nice man at work fixed it for me back when it went down last time . any way as all know it went down yesterday and today i got some numbers and was told to go to the dream box edit and when i tryed there was no d/box edit ??? so trying on thing then another it went dead and even the remote doesnt work ?? dear jim can u fix it 4me ???
