Default urgent help requirede

hi sent a blue 2006 blue eurovox box from scotland to england new software on box. When set up, all its saying is "no signal". Has done a power scan, receiving all frequencies but still saying no signal. Also put in updated keys manually but still no joy. Please help.

tell him to factory rest the stb then set it to his specific freq then scan

I updated 4 Blue boxes in one go and all are working fine but one that has this problem. I will be looking at it later today. Will let you know my findings.

if keys and frequencies dont work, try factory reset and if that doesnt work then updateed software will be needed and that will sort it out

Reporting back on the blue box I had with the same problem.

It was a loose cable in the back of the unit. They hadn't plugged them all in properly.

Probably no help to you but try it anyway.

You probably did but just in case did you delete the stored channels before you did another power scan?
