hi there just new to this bought a starview box and can someone tell me do i need to download programs before i connect it to tv existing ntl line there help ! thanks

Hi there and welcome to the forum. you have posted this question in the satellite section you would have a much better response if you post it in the cable section

as the Starview is a cable box.
just scroll a bit further down the page to find the cable section

Connect the box and say which channels you have if any,if some channels are missing state which Starview box you have.
