Modem Stopped !!
Hi Guys
My 20 Mb/s modem has stopped working !! is there an attack going at VM's end ??

I tried a new Mac...same result !!
I'll try another one when I get home. I'll let you guys know

nothing comes up !
 and yes I was forcing the config file But good news, I called my friend and told him to sniff for MACs, he got me a few (thanks friend ! )Now it is all up and running again...I think it needed a FRESH MAC  Thanks Guys for all the advice

a MAC is a number unique to your cable modem
it is written under it usually
