Thumbs down VM Register page???

Hi can anyone help,

Can anyone explain in more detail the Virgin media registration page that comes up when you connect your modified modem.

Basically ive done everything correctly changed mac (its my mates from different ubr) changed serial on modem and telnet password connected the modem (250) with his config file as well now i get the virgin register page why??? the macs a working one its my mates so what causes this error as i can change to other mac's constantly and will get this error need to know what it is before i bother messing about.

Also if any one can explain this as well ive been sniffing with coax thief and dchp force ect and only get macs returned with no config files? are these mac's any good whats going on is cable cloning dead in the UK.

I get many Macs like that with DHCP Force, but just leave it for 1 hour or so, eventually It'll find some with config files

As for the rest of your question, sorry I don't know
