I couldn't get it to work with the 20480 config, but with the pk3 config it works fine wired straight into the desktop, with 20meg throughout the day. Wireless with a router is a bit unstable though, with temperamental connection and 13meg or so speed.

Congestion during Prime Time is pretty common

Its working fine for me aswell, im in the Nottingham area which is pure ntl and im haveing no problems forceing the config. Im hitting 20mb speeds for most the day, along with the 1mb upload. Every now and then the download speed dose drop to around 10mb but like Lincsat said thats around peak time so its to be expected.
