help please

a friend of mine has dropped me of a Di200t box he told me that someone used to update it for him
it does have a t******t card in it
is this possible thanks in advance for any help

do you have the bk and the ird of the box check underneath of the box or anywhere.

there is some numbers on the bottom of the box as you can guess i am new to these type of box
the box is working on none £ channels and if i remove the card it says insert card
my friend said a chap used to pop round and take the box / card away then when he returned it he had all the £ channels

does the stb have an 8 and a 16 digit number on the bottom, the 8 will start with 12 if so this is your ird and the 16 will possibily be your bk

the 0ne that start with 12 is 10 digit number inclueding the 12
there is a few numbers on the bottom on a white sticker

the ird starts 12 this can also be found page 2 of the eng menu called nagra seriel code

does this make any sence

how do i get in to the eng menu
