No EPG found

Hey guys, I have all the correct keys and have scanned and re-scanned for chans and all are there, however on each one it says no epg found or waitin for EPG. I have tried searching the forum for an answer but search queries don't let me search in the title for EPG as its too short.

Any help would be much appreicated, im using a dbox2 sagem with sportster image.

Try a UK Image for starters. You can set your location and do a network scan. It sounds like a signal issue, but could easily be down to UCODE's or other configuration.

I understand, I have been tryin to hold of on getting a new image as I have never connected the dbox to my computer, just done everything via remote really, could you reccomend the best image to use as well as direct me to a walkthrough on uploading images if possible?

There probably is no such thing as a "best" image, if there was then everyone would be using the same one. It's partly personal preference. It does make a difference what box you have though and how many chips it has ie you will need a 1X or 2X image.
As far as how to reflash your box, there are absolutely loads of tutorials, walkthroughs etc on here. You should have more luck with the search button than you did last time.

i have a wee prob with two sagems at the moment.
both x2 using pacino x2 latest image from the downloads worked perfect with a few other boxes i fixed but with these two it finds transponders but no channels at all.

Any ideas of what could be causing this and any solutions would be great.

Hi the Laky pro is a good image.

Do you know if your box is one or two chip flash.

You need to flash the correct image.

What you will need is a crossover network cable
or a normal router and ordinary cat5 cable.
ftp program
change some settings in your network connections to get the pc to talk to the box.
