Hmm same result still. This time didn't input kys 0&1, corrected the bk, made up cam id starting with 24, ird is correct, left on bbc1 automatically when powered up and not touched for at least 10mins did everything else as usual, and I’m sure it's EX C&W area... where am I going wrong.

Surely I can't have got any readings from pogo if it was set up wrong.
Here's how it looks when I take the readings...

Thought I’d mention that there’s solder left on them points (most likely by the person who did this box before) but still reads from them. I’m hoping the solder left on these points don’t effect the readings.

If I try to connect jtag before or when the display is LD:20 and then hold 'down' until display is LD:40, it won't change and just stays at LD:20. Although it lets me take a reading when it just stays at LD:20.

Only way to reach ld:40 is if I don't connect jtag till I see ld:40 then I connect jtag and get a reading that way also.

Either way I’m getting same bk. Rarely I’m getting a different bk value.

I think I’m outa ideas can’t see where I might be going wrong, man it’s been a damn looong day

Thanks for the reply. I just got the flash that was mentioned by ouzi1212's.... bigmaqtoolbar->update/fixes->cardfixes->8thapril->excw->funcardaufix13-04-08...extract and rename the file to flash.hex.
Exactly what detailed steps do I take to read my T2 card with infinity usb unlimited? I’ve got nagraedit now, but never used it. No probs if it's too much to answer I’m taking a break from all this for a while. I'll try and figure it out when I get back.
But thankful for any guidance as usual

Hi Moyt

Sorry to hear things aren't going well !!

I've created a guide, that will make it work for you 100% if it doesn't work, then you'll know for sure that either your BK or IRD are wrong !

Admin, can you PLEASE put this updated guide of mine, in the FTA ?? (delete the other one)

PS. Moyt, if you desperatly need it, PM me your MSN addy, and I'll add you on there and send it you Plus you can ask me questions LIVE !! HEHEH

Good Luck

You need box in debug mode , when display says ld20 hold down key for about 5 secs or release at ld40, standbye light should turn green with nothing on display.

Free live online technical support for me??? It's the best thing that's happened to me these past 12+ hours trying to attempt this hell haha.
Why of course i'll take the offer, im sold!
PM sent. Let's blady talk boxes like it's the coolest thing in the world, and if it still doesn't work.... then we can talk about how to torture a box slowly for another 12 hours till it melts.

THANKS!

I've tried the bk I got from debug mode, same bk again (bar the odd few bk I get that are different from before)... doesn't work. This is bizzare. I know the pic I posted a few posts up ain't clear but I am on the right jtag points??

Plus i noticed on lincast jtag points sticky topic that diffrenent points are being touched on to what mine is on (1st post last pic) . Is that pic now outdated or am I using the wrong solderless wiring with jtag?

If you were on wrong points you would just get errors.
