One of the users over on the satellites.co.uk forum reports these parameters work:

SID=0, vpid=3401 apid=3402 PMT=3400 PCR PID=3401 HD box - ticked

He used setedit to make the changes, although there are probably other ways..

The combination varies on box to box.

Some people have reported perfect Audio and Video stream at once, and others only get Audio, or Video, never them together.

I am one of those people, all i can get is Audio on my Passion HD.

The problem with the Passion, is that the VPID changes to from the 3401, to 8192, after the channel is put onto the receiver.

Fortec are apparantly working on this problem...

The Humax2000 needed a software fix to cope with BBC HD. Hopefully a few more boxes can get a software re-write to get the correct codec working.

Its really annoying seeing all these people reporting they have it working, so i try the exact specifications that they provide, and all i get is sound.

I must have tried more than 10 combo's and still nothing.

I did have picture but no sound earlier, but i seemed to have lost that somehow...

A new firmware update is now available for the Fortec Star Passion HD box, and i can confirm, that ITV HD works perfectly through it now.

Just installed it myself, used the advanced scan options within the new update, and ITV HD works perfect with sound and picture. So happy now!
