thought id tidy my channels last night and have now managed to lose channel 4 among others can anyone give me the frequency for south east area pleASE?

Have a look in the EV section - there is a stickie at the top of it for CDF files (the EV channel definition files) if there is one there for your area then you can open the file using Voxer, go to the channel your looking for and you will get the frequency.
