it used to be sportster.. it has an lcd screen on the box.. on my remore it says sagem dbox

yup defo sounds like a dbox2 to me but more than likely a 1 chip version. Definately use the IFA to flash a new image, check the image you previously flashed and if it says x2 on it then look for a x1 image and vice versa.
