Not sure what that is, if you do a search on here a few weeks ago when some of c&w went to 3.6, someone had success with setting net id to a different area that was still 3.5 and reverting box back to 3.5 and using last 3.5 byte, that might be worth a try.

perhaps 8 of the numbers is ird the other 16 boxkey? is the first 8 start with 3E ?

No nothing like that. As you might have gathered I just did that for the hell of it to see what I get ha.
Characters seem to be different everytime I have no idea what they mean or do. I won't post'em incase i'm not meant to but sent a msg to have a better look. Dunno if anything can be figured out but doubt it.

try all of the diffrent boxkey ur getting one of might be right. its a pain tho

the 24 character that you got were your bk & ird, 8 for ird check if it starts with 3E, and the others 16 should be the bk. then programme card with that info.

have you tried sdt mate i never get a problem with it worth a try or try uninstalling bk2.2 and reinstall mate could be a software problem

connect the stb on stream, and jtag the latest bytes have been posted on here for 3.6 type the byte into the bottom of ocd when the stb is in dbug mode and it will give you your bk
