Default eurovox is dead! Starview or kryptview?

Hi,

From my previous threads i have had alot of problems with my EV Max v 2008!

Jerkey/Crackerling Channels...85%+ Signal?

I've basically given up on the thing as its just totally fukcd!

Now im thinking on weather i should get a starview box or the kryptview box?

Whats the diffrence, benafits, disadvantages...etc?

My ev 2008 has worked perfect from day 1. My m8's starview (the box) has been *****. Seems to be more/better updates for the EV.

Yes you can get updates for the Kryptview - there's a KV section on this forum.

Yes the cable providers do the keyrolls to try and prevent people from hacking their signal. Keyrolls are not specific to any one box type. The keyrolls have always happened, it's simply that they changed how they do 'em last month (again to try and stop ppl hacking their signal).

VM is playing hard - no guarantee any box will play hard in 6 months. LOL I offered a decent fleabay seller £50 for a euro V just after debarcle - he refused, but see taking my point and only punting Kryptviews now!

as gadetfiend says in the other thread m8 try a attenuator first 85% is a touch on the high side, try that first before you go buying another box
but if you do get a new box i'd recommend a kryptview!
