HI

NEED HELP ANY1 CHANGED U CODE ON D BOX 2 TO STOP FREEZING PICTURE,FTP FILES TO BOX BEFORE I DID THIS BOX WORKED GREAT AUTO UPDATES NO PROBLEM.BUT SINCE I CHANGED U CODE AND THE CODES HAVE CHANGED TO DAY MY BOX IS JUST SAYING KEIN SYSTEM,IF I FTP AUTO UPDATE FILES AGAIN WILL THIS SORT MY PROBLEM OUT OR WILL I HAVE TO PUT A NEW IMAGE ON MY BOX,ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRICIATED

Nah mate i think you were using ucode 0014 then after the fix not changed them, go into the blue button menu and change ucode to 001a this seems to work with the au better.

As your box is saying Keine System, you have corrupted the image probably by deleting something that you shouldn't have - you will need to re-flash the image with IFA

thought i might have to reflash it,never flashed an image before have you got a walk through guide how to do it,have the leads and programme just need to no how to set pc up seeing as their will be no ip address on my d box any help would be much appriciated

when setting up the pc, first things first, disable all firewalls and virus monitoring programs such as avg or norton. go into your network and change the configuration of your network card to be 10 Base T Half Duplex, fire up image flashing assistant, load up the image you want to use and click start, then go to box and plug dbox into mains if the IFA doesnt work just unplug the dbox and try again.

I totally agree with Lincsat, you need to reflash with IFA

many thanks guys,reflashed it with laky pro,transffered service and boquet files works like a dream,seems to be a better picture than sporster,its not froze for 3 days so this might have sorted my picture freezing as well.cheers again
