Never used this Pacino, but I would think the cam's are on the Blue button menu. You could also try changing UCODE's and some of the Driver & boot options

I think the image only came with one cam. try adding a ucode 001a this seems to work better for me.

If you are using a Sagem, turn the Spts off and hardware sections off to see if this helps.

Never used the pacino image as I prefer andromeda v2

I had a lot of bother with a sagem 2x box, best solution for me was to flash with blade 2x quad timefix from download section, follow the instructions in the text document included in the download. Worked for me anyway

Some images work on some machines but not the other, get a different one and try that, all my problem boxes friends have I put andromeda or blade image on them and this seems to work out fine.

Beat me to it, i was just about to ask the same question regarding the pacino image.

Mine freezes then makes a distorted/squealing type noise which requires me to reboot the box. Sometimes it freezes then carries on viewing as normal.

How do i turn on enx watchdog? My ucode is set OO1A.

Is it worth trying a new image? Only annoying thing is having to organise favourites one by one again.
