HELP NEEDED WITH SAMMY 2100c

Hello all,
I am having a problem in retriving the bk AND IRD from my sammy 2100c. i have a pogo jtag, the box is running software ver 3.5b. I have read that i need the bytes, i think i have the right bytes i live in exC&W. the main question is where in the config file of BKE2.2 do i pu the bytes?
excw 3_5B
0x0086b9a0 8
or
0x008abfc0 8
or
0x00f69f60 8
Below is the current conig file>

IRD =0x20020004
BOXKEY =0x00A0E6DC
[CW]
IRD =0x20020004 <<<<<<<<<<<(do i just change that, or anything else)
BOXKEY =0x00941464
[PACE]
IRD =0x20040000
BOXKEY =0x20040004
any help would be welcomed!

dont change the ird bytes where it says ur cw bk change that to the bytes you have.

BOXKEY =0x00941464 Change this byte for one of the new ones,and try re jtagging

IRD =0x20040000
BOXKEY =0x20040004

As you can see fromthe text in red change that byte with the new ones one by one,but knock the 8 off the end of the new bytes

or
0x008abfc0 8
or
0x00f69f60 8

Remove the 8 from the byte,
