echostar 110w help needed - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

i have a technomate tm1000d i loaded the new update but i did remember to save the channel list and settings for echostar 110w.after i loading the update i factory default the receiver and the satellite list came back with out echostar 110w on the list.can some one please tell me what to do i need help please

Yes I just realised that, is it jamaica?

If you have lost the sat in your list you will need to put it back again.

and then add the transponders, they are listed on Lyngsat.

jontydog asked how to add a new satellite a while back, I will dig out the thread in a mo.

You are going to need a bin to get anything on dishnetworks 110 bird.Its nagra 2 encrypted and soon to be nagra 3.Its possible you may be able to use a coolsat(same manu as techomate) bin to get it but the support for the coolsats in north america is very poor at this time.If memory serves me correctly a coolsat 4000 is basicly the same box.I would check the specs on both to be sure though.You are better off getting a cheap north american box as who knows how long we will last over here after the card swap they are doing.
