i cant do this yet cuz im still within my 12 month subscription with VM, however as i have all of the equipment how would i go about subscribing to Sky as i already have everything except a subscription ?

Perhaps he doesn't want to steal television from a company that he is tethered to by a cable illegally, and risk proesecution for doing so.

Keep your cable hacking discussions out of the satellite section.

Ring sky up and ask for a "second hand box contract" Dead easy

exactly i pay for my services & always have. however in the future i wouldnt mind hacking satellite but i dont live in their country.

You only need the phone line if you want multiroom. If you just one the one box active theres no problem.

oh ok then thats good to know. i only went with VM cuz they owe me money (& i have alot of credit thats owed to me) & cuz i dont have a phone line. once my contract is up i'l ring Sky.

also do Sky charge for not paying by direct debt ? cuz i aint doing direct debt cuz thats how VM ripped me off.

I think they do charge a little extra yes. And Sky are a bunch of rip off merchants too.

They'rall as bad as one another, unfortunately.

It took me ages to get the money they owed me off them when I cancelled, and then it was short
