me I'm in to 50s music about 7 years ago i started putting my records on to Cd with a program called audio cleaning lab
the wise got me a digital camera to take photo of the LP covers these i use a the CD cover the record label i use as the CD label so they look like the LP only a lot smaller
after ide done mine someone asked if i could do theres as well yes and if they had records that i didn't have i did a copy for myself while i was at it
if it was one i didn't have i did them a copy for nowt if they let me take a copy
if it was one ide already got or didn't want my self i charged them a £ 5 each
i now have a 50s rock n roll CD collection of over 7000 Cd's and still going strong
only trouble is when people want singles putting on to CD depending on how many singles they have to do a double CD takes all day
lps i can sit here all day and do

Ive transfered literally thousands of records to CD
i use a program called
audio cleaning lab 2004 deluxe
i started about 8 years ago transferring my LP collection or original rock n roll records to CD then when i had done mine some one else said can you do mine yes if you've got a record that i ain't got can i do a copy for me yes no problems
then some one Else's and so on i now have a CD collection of over 7000 CD most of them are real collectors records
but the best thing is when you get records from here there and every where you end up with full sets grab this and dance yes Ive got all 25 UN less you know of any more to the set
you just load the program and connect you comp to a stacking system play the record tape CD anything and rerecord it edit it and burn to CD dead simple
