flashed it yesterday with help off you guys on here and was working excellent till today??? it is freezing , flickering and keeps putting the message up scrambled channel then coming back on again....
any help appreciated (please put it in idiots terms if any posts reply)

checked connections and all are ok.....when doing scan...ntl and so on, only tw would pick up channels , but they have never been a provider ? , it was always ntl then virgin?

where are you? My provider was NTHell but I am actually an ex c+w area.

I believe for Gateshead you should scan Telepest. I hope this helps.

Howey...what software are you using , im now on the latest 7.05e 7/5/08 and xperiencing simular problems, might revert back to 10/4/08 as this worked fine

You will need to set a factory reset before you reset your box with firmware plus jay is right go back to 10/4

Think things are getting a bit confusing for the OP as the 10/04/08 firmware is referring to Eurovox when its an SV3 that is been discussed. Although Ogg's suggestion of a factory reset is still valid. And make sure you are scanning on the correct provider, also check all connections including any splitters if you are using one. Could be as simple as a lose connection.

The latest SV3 firmware has new tuner drivers but I have had no report of picture break up from people using it. There is a slight problem with picture ratio at the moment on some channels.
