ok gonna have to bear with me on this ,i bought the box believing it updates itself.its called the box i think it might also be called starview 3. the guy give me a code when it 1st went off for nagravision and it worked then one morning sound went off next day pic went off. as if its a dodgy scart plug. but its not. now cant even see the menu to type anything in ?

If its a starview 3 then its The Box Super, what software are you using first, you will find this out by using your remote press Menu scroll down to System Information press ok and the info on software is there

Sounds like a bad flash then, re-flash the box with the latest software
