Hi,can anybody help.tried to find underworld109 but can only find it as a rar file which my pc does not like.where can I find the zip file or would I be better with the new stealth file?

If you look in the Satellite Help & Support section you will see two sticky threads relating to where you can find files.
If your Cam is Diablo 2.2 then load the latest Stealth file, if your Cam is the 2.3 version load underworld 109, as then you can get Canal Digital and DigitAlb.

Many files on the internet are downloaded compressed in the "RAR" format. Try seaching for WinRAR in Google (or similar) you can download a free evaluation version from many sites. It's a great tool to have on any PC.

Many thanks to Mickha,a top bloke as always.Can you tell me why some days certain channels are ok with my 2.3 Diablo cam and the next day there not,I have even known this to happen at different times of the day.

Which channels?
For example TPS has had their AES encryption turned off recently so was open on most platforms, now that they've turned it back on you need to tune to Sci Fi France, or other channel using the same frequency, to allow the keys to update, then you can browse the rest of the channels.
Also sometimes the cam locks up, especially when switching between different encryption standards, but taking out the cam and replacing it usually gets it working again.

thanks for info.I have loaded 109 but although i have gained some channels I have lost all the premiere ones.When I load the cam I always format it first,is this correct?Can I leave the last version of underworld on and load the new one on without formating.Will this bring back the missing channels?

Yes you can, but all you need to do is alter the configuration settings, which you have to do after every format.
Go into the cams menu and ensure you have Emulators ON and N2 AU ON, this will AU the keys for Premiere.
It might take a few minutes.
Also you will have to load the latest keys.bin file for a few other channels to work, like TCM on 13E.
With Underworld 109 you should get the following packages:
Premiere 19E
DigitAlb 16E
TPS & Polsat 13E
Digi TV & Canal Digital 1W.
Quite a few channels to choose from.

Thanks for that.When my programmer came from duolabs it came with a dummy card will it be of any use to me or am i better off just sticking with the cam?

The dummy card is for programming the Dragon/T-Rex cam, you don't need it to program the Diablo Cam.
