Default Ntl Box Problem

Hello,

My problem is that when i turn my tv box on on the screen where it should normaly say the channel number it displays AP: 52 and on the tv where it normaly should display the virgin logo and please wait loading its just the virgin media logo there on its own. Does any body no w hat is rong and what could fix it.

What box is it nas ? Can you get into eng menu to check signal and net id ?

ap 52 is part of the new 3.6 software tthere are a few similar commands, it should say before hand, check your net id as stated by red

i think there was update on softwere to 3.6 take your card out let it load, number should dial up on box display.

Pace hold up and down buttons in and power on till diag on display.
Sammy hold up and down in and power on till ld14 then release.

does same here,every time i turn on the box after having it turned off it shows the same,but,i get virgin media logo but,no probs with watching cable.
