I agree - I did say seating might be an issue, and it looks as though it was.

Now you (hessodreamy) use it for a while, and watch for any further indications - with a bit of luck, you've cured it, and can add that remedy to what you try in future.

The original ram may be faulty - it will work ok until a programme tries to access the bad block.
