Hi All

I have flashed my Ambit 200 modem with 13.5 stealth firmware, then used the Ambit config tool to config.

The modem cannot not seem to lock on to the DS frequency, i think my home freq is 402750000, i am in the lincoln area.

Any help would be most appreciated as i am now at a loss.

just try and set freq again

tried over and over, with no luck.

any other ideas ?

try this

cd /cm_hal
scan_stop

The channel scan should then stop. Now, enter your settings.

cd /non-vol/halif
mac_address 1 00:11:11:11:11:11
cm_tuner 14
annex_b
cm_annex 3
cd ../docsis
ds_frequency 402750000 (change this your area’s DS frequency)

i'm having the same problem. it wont lock on. modem locks onto freq in c+w but not in tw. have tried everything.

Hi

Got it sorted, it was the ambit tool, seemed to work on one of my modems and not on the other.

Changed firmware from stealth to 1.28 and set up modems manually.

All good now.
