hi all. me and my dad got the max v. he been getting no signal for a week, but i workis in m house,and i tried his virgin box on and that picks the signal up, an ideas. no signal thats all thats on the screen.

no signal usually indicates a cable problem are all splitters removed for initial scan?

You do have the feed plugged into the correct socket on the Eurovox ? top left when looking from the back.....
