Default Greek channels lost

I have a technomate TM-5500 D Super. I normally receive Greek and Cypriot channels via the Hellas Sat 2 but they have recently vanished. Can anyone help me to get them back?

My knowledge of satellite setup is very limited but I can follow clear instructions

Many thanks

Daniel

Sorry but I don't know what 'PM' or 'c&ble keys' means. So I really don't know what I have done wrong.

Also, the link about frequency change was completely meaningless to me.

The bit in my posts about the keys is not aimed directly at you - its on all my posts in my signature - its to remind the lads in the cable section not to contact the mods and admins on the site asking for keys for their cable boxes. (To be blunt some of the cable lads are a bloody nuisance asking for keys every time they lose their channels!)

Thee reason you have lost the Greek channels off Hellsat 2 is simply they changed frequency a couple of days ago - the new frequency is listed on the link (12606H 30000 5/6)

You need to add that frequency to your receiver then scan it.

I also have a Technomate TM-5500D receiver and have lost most of the greek channels as well.

Tried changing the settings but no joy, the following is what is showing on my settings:

Satellite setup
satellite - hotbird(ku)
satellite position - 039.0 east
lnb type - universal
lo high - 10600 mhz
lo low - 09750 mhz
diseqc switching - b

what part do you need to change to receive the new greek channels?

Thanks

Well for starters the satellite is Hellassat 2 not Hotbird

satellite position - 039.0 east
lnb type - universal
lo high - 10600 mhz
lo low - 09750 mhz

These bits are correct

diseqc switching - b

This is correct if you have a 2 lnb switching system set up.
