how do i go about forcing config files on my modem

its an ntl 200

Download a prog called ambit config tool...type in your username and password and your default settings and press get mac...once connected type your config file and check force config, then hit apply...reboot your modem and it should be done...

ys u can force config on any modem but sometimes it dont work unless original config isused
