2.You Will Need DnUpman To Flash A Clone So Download From The Link Below
3 One Downloaded To Your Desktop Connect The RS323 To Your Cloned Eurovox Then Connect Power Switch
4. Run DnUpman Now The Firmware You Need Is Linked Below Now Browse The Firmware Make Sure Pc And Cloned Eurovox Is Connected Now Press Download It Will Say Version.1 Detected Click Start
5.Now Wait It Will Sey Writing Has Failed But It Hasnt Really

Go to www_thechatterbox.cc and download their toolbar. You will find the firmware under the Updates/Fixes icon, under Clone Boxes

I'm going to try it tomorrow! Ta Lucky13, personally I think I should've called myself lucky something, because I'm terrified I'm going to end up with a brick! As well as here, there seem to be helpful people on the chatterbox chat line too! What's the deal with clones anyway? Are they cheap as chips boxes, being sold as the dearer real thing? Does 'Made in Korea' appear on the real boxes?

Sometimes cheaper, sometimes cost the same as the original. They are made with cheaper parts - don't bother bout the sticker saying where its made, anyone can slap a sticker on the box. Its how it's put together that identifies it as a clone.

The attached document was supplied on another thread by saroilium and shows you how to correctly identify a clone

Flashed the image, added the channel list for my region, but when I power-scan I get nothing!!

Why powerscan - if you are loading the CDF file for your area then the channels should be there. Are you using a CDF for your provider ie is the symbol rate set correctly?

Alternatively, go to Menu / Config / Clear Data (pin 1004) to delete existing info. Now select Factory Default and set your symbol rate. Now select FULL SCAN and ok (this can now take 30-45 min).

If it doesn't work on one symbol rate then try with the other
