LOL its not hard to follow mate just follow the pics from darren honestly you wont have any issues. All you need to choose is the image to flash then your network adapter and also just leave the tick box as no if your only using an ethernet cable

Mate you dont need to look at that box i got the erro aswell about unable to ping what you want to do is keep your box on until you reach this



Now what you should do is unplug the Dbox, wait a couple of seconds and plug the Dbox back into the mains and you should see FLASHING on the LCD screen of the Dbox. Leave it like this until it says FLASHING DONE

And also you dont need to change the ip or anything for this method just follow the tut but the key is when you switch the dbox on and off

IFA is in English if you set it that way on Installation, you can get it from it's home page Hallenberg.com Try V1.5.6 or the latest V3.1+

i did this last night for a friend of mine as he deleted somthink of the dbox with file zilla then he could not get back in i flashed with laky pro i have found uot the crosover did not work for me from laptop so i used strate cable from
bt home hub on port 2 its alabout timmig it tokk 3 goses to get it to work best way i found was to leave the power lead out of dbox run ifa then plug in dox as i sead took the gose but word a treat
