Clone RED Eurovox FIX may B !LOOK

I Thought i drop a line to the forum,as this has realy spooked me.
i have a red box clone sold to me with the latest firmware this seem to stop the box working at all on a power scan and other entrys.every thing was done by the book on firmware reset ect.
So i decided to flash with dnupman the blue clone fix firmware as there is no fix for the red clone and nothing to lose i in getting it wrong,thinking this should not flash it did.
back to the tv and power scan.all channles came in but no premium service,so i reflashed back to 19-02-07 firmware as this was the last firmware that was stable with the red clone i read,power scan nothing,so back to dnupman and flashed back to the blue clone fix,power scan,reset,the other things that are doneand gave the update code bit 5 mins to try and update.....yep -blip-blip full house i have all channles.

what is going on,or did i miss something,reflash to blue from red is this possible on a clone or original....any thoughts on this much appriciated

the red box clones were blue box clones in red boxes m8 so you have flashed the proper firmware.

thanx for the info.....someone then flashed with the eurovox 21-04-08 red firmware and thought it had died..yeh cheap box for me £40 ....until that firmware go's.....
