Unhappy Some Channels missing

I'm completely new to this!

I recently purchased a Fortec Star FS-4200 From maplins.co.uk.

PUt it all together.

Pointed my dish at the Astra 2abd 28.2 degrees.

It came with a warranty card tell me I don't have to put that in the CAM Slot on the TV.

Anyway it picked up the Astra Satellite 2a, 2b.

I tuned it to LNB Universal 9750-10600

Transponder (84/86) 12479 V274

Picked up True Movies 1/2, Sky news etc. signal strength 90%.

When I try and pick up BBC channels, ITV and Channel 4 etc, it says no signal and the signal strength is only at 45%.

How can I get the normal channels???

Please tell me what to do we live on a Caravan Park, and the dish is fixed to the towbar so is only a couple of feet off the ground?

Do I need to put it on a POLE ?

PLEASE ADVISE AS MY WIFE IS DOING HER NUT!

Where are you living, and what size dish are you using?

Hmm should be plenty big enough then. You may find some of the frequencies are missing off the receiver in that case.

Have a look at the receiver frequencies stored for Astra 2 and add in any missing:
