Hi

I have just bought the box super or starview 3 this problem I have is it reboots randomly sometime 2 or 3 times at a go other times in work for hours without reboot is this normal?

Have you tried updating to latest firmware 705e

You are not alone with this problem.
Maybe better going back to old firmware until it's fixed or try a reflash.

i reflashed mine to the old firmware 6?.....do i then have to put the keys in manually as it is finding no channels

I presume it was 6.01, turn your key emu back on. Press menu, type 1570 on remote, enable key emu, go to Sly Sports and let it update.

i also have this problem with this box reboots itself quite often very annyoing is it a fault with the latest firmware .........

if the box is brand new they tend to reboot themselves for a couple of days intermitently.... they usaully settle down after that and you should,nt have much problems after that... ive found that the best firmware @ the moment is gtrom 6.0

cool the box is only a week old so i will see what it does over the nxt few weeks and any probs will put the other firmware on it thanx .

right...when i load the 6.0 i cant find any channels on any providers , none whatsoever!!! emu switched on.....do i need to automatic scan or manual scan and change keys?.....also how do i leave original virgin box in and connect sv3? ive bought a splitter and cable , so from wall do i then attach splitter with one to original and one to sv3? do i put scart from original to tele or scart from sv3 to tele or scart from both to tele? lol...shoot me please
