Question Toshiba Laptop not booting up

I have a problem with my TOSHIBA laptop.

Since I got wireless connection I have been getting error messages. Then suddenly one day the screen went blank.

I rebooted a few times but this did not resolve the issue.
I tried to re-install windows, but when i insert the Restore CD and restart, nothing happens.

So I tried doing a restore manually but when I select the option to boot from CD ROM I can hear the CD ROM Drive making a noise that it is running but nothing happens. I just get a black blank screen with a blinking cursor.

Please can someone help.
