I am having problems with my phone.

It keeps freezing when I slide it up also whenever I try to open a file (picture or music file) Also when opening up messages.

The screen comes up with funny blue-black colours, also getting a flickering screen.

Could this be a software issue? And is there any way this can be resolved?

Please help?!

is this the phone that has animations when you have smileys in your messages? it's pretty nice - but kseng's right - it wears out easily.

could be a software fault ? if so you could reflash the phones software with ns pro

yes, i would recommend taking to a shop for them to give you correct answer to the problem. so send back to manufacter

i repair phones and it sliding problem it it was software he would have many problems then freeze
