Angry D-Box with Laky Pro(No Channels)

Really needing some help here, Have had Laky Pro software put on too my D-box by a friand in Scotland, All the boxes up there are working however mine is showing in the Service and Channel Scan menu under Frequency "Internal Error - Please Report".
Really a novice at this and not sure what to have all the settings at, Would really appreciate some help!

Not sure how to set the location, Which menu is that under?
Scan mode comes up either UK or one Transponder only as options.

Thanks for the prompt reply
