Default Urgent Help Rquired !

Hi - Got a Eurovox 2006 blue box, put on the latest software, was working fine in Scotland, sent it down to England but couldn't get channels. Cleared data and did full powerscan in England but wasn't picking up any transponders. Tried everything, factory reset, factory default, manually looking for transponders but still no joy. Tried 2 different symbol rates, checked all the cables were in the correct places. Put on updated software a few times but still no joy. PLEASE HELP.

Have you tried this thread CLICK ME

You might try putting on a CDF for the area the box is now trying to be used.

Does the house in England definitely have a live cable feed?

Also instead of doing a powerscan do a full scan i.e. Menu / Config / Clear Data, the Factory Default to select symbol rate and then FULL SCAN

TBH dunno if cdf files are specific to the EV model they are created in.

You could always try it, but open the cdf file with the blue firmware on the pc first (ie. click on edit) and save it again before downloading it to the blue.
