hi i also tryd 2 get my ird +bk from my m8s in pure usig latest byte which workd last wk but after update yday wen u try jtag it all i get is ird so that would mean byte have changed yday after update ive tryd on my own sammy and same thing happens all u get is correct ird could sum1 check a sammy cause i think im loseing it bn tryn all last nite tryd again 2day and still same im 3_6 in pure many thanx guys

Hey i tried the guide it was very good actually very easy to follow but it didnt help me but i will thank u ...

Im in pure ntl i used the bytes 0x00895934. i used the BKE program which gave me both the ird and the BK but when i used OCD i got i wierd ird which was incorrect because i used the nagra serial to double check and the one bke is the same as nagra serial and then OCD just gives me one digit when i put the 0x00895934 bytes into it for the BK i tried deleting the x tried 00895934 and put a space between 3 and 4 iv deleted another 0 and then all the 0s with and without space after 4 still it gives me an error i think i cnt member off my head ?

With OCD the command line syntax to read is


BYTE |address| |no of bytes to read|

so you would enter for BK

BYTE 0x00895934 8

and for IRD

BYTE 0x20020004 4

so i add 8 for BK and 4 for ird kk ill go give that a check now then cheers but i recon it will just give me the bk i have ....

Yes the BK is an 8 byte number FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
the ird is a 4 byte number FF FF FF FF

ocd gave me the same ird but a different bk i just wrote a card for it but still blanc for channels tht arent fta so should i just wait an c ? can u have 00 as the bk btw not all 00 but just 2 digit of 00 so say ** 00 ** ** ** ** or watever ? cheers

put it on stream and do as above jtag it on stream you cannot fail to get correct bk with the correct byte

k i shall try on stream then and btw if i get the same bk as before then im right in thinkin its defo not the bk which is causing the problem ?

right iv tried getting the bk on stream and it gives me the same bk that bke was giving me so im back to square one lol what else other then the bk can cause this im thinking use a different type of card as it the only thing that bin said and i havnt tried

Try a TIT or opus M8 they're the only 2 that will work on the 3 boxes I mentioned erlier
