Have you unlocked the card?if every thing is pluged in properly and in right modes and you are still getting this message then the card could be nackerd.

Hi m8,
Normally when you get the message no ATR or ATR invalid its the h/ware problem, i mean the connections and not the card. Check that your programmer is in phoenix mode 3.68 and minimised / hide and then goto Nagra Edit, Reset and then Read Card (The tab with blue arrow). You would hopefully be able to read the ATR but not sure if you could read the BD0 and BD3, normally it should be locked even if the card is MOSC (reprogrammed before), it is because of the blockered image that is usually loaded on the card. To unlock, you would need an Unlooper and the correct script and then use Winexplorer 5.1, load the required script and then run it with the card in the Unlooper. It should open the card for you. You can then load the image of your area with your BK and IRD onto the card using Nagra Edit 4.1 (Win 98 mode). If you have the IRD and BK you might not need the Unlooper. Just send the Bo9.A3 file to the card using Nagra Edit, it should open the card for you... ONLY use this method if you have the BK and IRD as it will erase the info from the card. Once open you can then send the required image to the card.

Good luck...
