Hi, Have you heard about the memor32, Its a memory card which can be flashed with a firmware enabling you to play backups of your games. Go to this site and have a read. www.mementoteam.com I have one ands its so easy to use. It will cost around 35.00gbp inc delivery and thats all no need to pay extra to fit it. |

the easy way to do ps2 is throught a network control card....you need 1 of those and a harddrive and software hdadvanced...this will allow you to run and rip from hd or download and link up to pc to tranfur games via pc ....if is much better and save your lazer less game lag faster loading
i think hdadvance now supports 200gig![]() |

hello Yes you can do it that way what someone has said but there is another way you can do it by Swap Magic disks which i would say are much easier than putting an actual chip into your ps2 all you need to do for the swap magic disks are to put the disk in and it will tell you what to do then once it has been done then you can put all of your copied disk games into your ps2 and they will work but only after you have used the swap magic then you are able to play copied games.
there is a thread which has been answered to do with chipping a ps2 and what is the best way to chip it and that thread may give you a few ideas when it comes to chipping your ps2. or if you don't want to use swap magic disks then you can get what i think they are called mod chips or something like that where you have to do the harder part y opening up the ps2 and putting the chip inside the playstation 2 these are a few ideas what you can do it by but its entirely up 2 u what type of way you want to chip your ps2. ![]() Last edited by the simpsons; 26-05-08 at 09:01 PM. |

hi mate yes you can get the swap magic disks from ebay where they go for some many quids but not sure how much they go for if you have a look on ebay and type in swap magic disks then im sure you will find lots of sellers on ebay who are selling swap magic.
there is swap magic 3 which you can get from ebay for so much money and there are other swap magic disks which you can get aswell. see whereas you know that they dont have the swap magic disks in the shops anymore because they sell the ps3's now an all of the accessories and stuff are out in shops for a ps3 thats why they dont sell the swap magic in the shops so if you have a look on ebay im sure that you will get a swap magic disks for a good price on there im not sure if they are rare or not and i have heard they mite go for around £20 or something like that i dont know how much they go for now but thats what they use to go for around on ebay and that is the best place to look for the swap magic disks. the simpsons ![]() Last edited by the simpsons; 29-05-08 at 03:37 PM. |

Hi if you go to modsupplier.com they have what you want however it is illegal in this country to fit modchips into ps2. You will need to have very good soldering skills to fit a modchip and if you don't leave well alone as you will screw the board up
