Post Powering Up

Guys I turn is on Pce 1000 and all that comes up is vm logo and powering up... jst a moment.

I have tired with and wid and widout the crd.

Tired reseting by holdin dwn power button and pressin 4321

Would app any advice....

To be honest I'm newww too all this....

Where can I find my net id I guess in the eng menu right?

and how to I change it if its wrong??

depends where you live.

look here:
List of Net Id's for Cable TV

you need to set the frequency and netid for the area you are in and the service.also be sure that the box you have is the correct one for your area,if you have a pace1000 and you are in tw it has to be a phaseb type.also be sure that there has been no mods carried out on the box to stop it from updating.look inside cthe box and see if there is any wire soldered to any chips.
